NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land At Kings Road, Immingham, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN40 1QT

I give notice that Brocklesby Estates, is applying to North East Lincolnshire Council, for Planning Permission – Proposed Outline development of site E1/3 in the NELC local plan for general industry (B2) storage and distribution (B8) and minor office development, research and development, light industry (B1) with associated access & landscaping;

Reference number DM/1027/13/OUT, made on 10th December 2013 and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• The application,
• The plans,
• The Environmental Statement
• Other documents submitted with the application

At the Civic Offices, Knoll Street, Cleethorpes or online via the Council’s web site at www.nelincs.gov.uk.  Applications for development in the Habrough, Immingham and Stallingborough areas can also be viewed at the Council’s Kennedy Way Offices, Immingham during all reasonable hours until
3rd April 2014

Members of the public may obtain copies of the information in relation to the environmental statement which has already been provided from Development Management Services, Origin One, Origin Way, Europarc, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN37 9TZ so long as stocks last.
